REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason we'd love the chance to fix it for you so please read the following policies to find out what to do.

Please contact us via phone 06 374 3600, email: sales@outbacksaddlery.co.nz or Facebook messenger before returning anything. Failure to do this may result in us not accepting the return back.

 

Sale Items:
These purchases are final! NO returns or exchanges - no exceptions so please choose carefully. Some times sale items will be seconds or shop soiled so please read descriptions and take a good look at photos before purchase.  


    Secondhand items 
    There are NO refund or exchanges on second hand horse gear. 


    Exchanges & Returns :
    If the item is the incorrect size or colour
    We are happy to EXCHANGE for a different size/colour provided the following are met.
    • Proof of purchase is provided;
    • Within 14 working days of the purchase and
    • The goods are in their ORIGINAL UNUSED, Condition. In other words they are clean, unmarked and have their original tags and Packaging, so that the product can be re-sold in our store.
    If we can not supply you with another colour or size we can offer a credit

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind how ever we know it can be hard shopping online from only an image so we can offer
