SHIPPING
Our shipping rates are calculated in price categories. This is the easiest way for us to calculate shipping cost while trying to keep the rates as low as possible.
Sometimes an item you order might be able to fit into a smaller postage bag than what the price category your item is in, so if you feel the shipping is too expensive for your item please contact us and we can see if we can send it for cheaper.

$10.01 - $20.00 = $8.00
$20.01 - $75.00 = $10.00
$75.01 - $100.00 = $11
$100 and up = $15.00
Product availability
All items are subject to availability. We often attend horse shows and markets with our store which shares stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is sold at the same time an order for that item online is processed then the online item will not be available. In this case you will be informed asap and we will do our best to fulfill the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.
If we do not have the items in stock we will order them in then dispatch, this process may take up to one week to order the products in to then dispatch .

As we are based rural, orders will be picked up by our rural post man to then be taken into town to be sent. This process adds and extra day or two to delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. Orders are packaged up within 24hrs and tracking number provider to customer. Tracking will not be activated/scanned until order is picked up by our post man.
